What does Gremline Consulting actually do?+

We create professional websites, organize files and documents, build business forms and templates, design AI-assisted automations, develop focused custom tools, and improve workflows. If your need crosses categories, we can combine them into one practical solution.

Can I start if I do not know which service I need?+

Yes. Describe what is frustrating, slow, confusing, or not working. The guided help sheet is designed to capture the outcome and context without requiring you to diagnose the solution first.

Do you work with small businesses?+

Yes. Solutions can range from one form or landing page to a larger document, automation, software, or workflow project. Scope is matched to the real need.

How does a project begin?+

Complete the new-project help sheet. It opens a structured email in your own email app so you can review it before sending. We then review the need, ask focused questions, and confirm the proposed route.

Will AI replace human review?+

No. AI is used where it offers a practical advantage, with clear inputs, appropriate review, and sensible limits. Important decisions and sensitive work should keep a human in control.

Can you build a HIPAA-compliant website or system?+

We can plan and build with HIPAA-related requirements in mind, including PHI/ePHI data-flow review, safer forms, access controls, appropriate hosting choices, BAA availability, and documented responsibilities. We do not claim that software alone makes an organization compliant. Final compliance depends on the entire environment and should involve the organization’s legal, privacy, security, and compliance professionals.

What makes a business website or server more secure?+

The right controls depend on the system, but common measures include HTTPS, strong authentication, limited administrative access, reputable hosting, timely updates, secure configuration, data minimization, monitoring, backups, and a tested recovery plan.

How should I send sensitive information?+

Do not include passwords, payment-card data, full Social Security numbers, or sensitive files in the first email. We can agree on the right handling method after reviewing the general need.

Are the examples on this site client projects?+

No. They are clearly labeled illustrative concepts that show possible structures and outcomes without making claims about work for a specific client.

What if I am already a customer?+

Use the Client Desk link at the bottom of the screen. It provides a direct route for active work, updates, files, and urgent project questions.
